Agenda

This webinar will provide information about the two kinds of tasks included in the TOEFL iBT® test speaking section: the Independent Speaking task and the Integrated Speaking tasks. We will investigate both scoring rubrics to determine what makes a response successful and around what learning objectives the classroom activities should be built to help students succeed. There will be also time for Q&A.

This webinar will be recorded and shared with all registrants.

Thanks to attending this webinar, you will:

  • Be able to help test-takers succeed at both types of speaking tasks

  • Understand the two TOEFL iBT scoring rubrics used to rate speaking responses

  • Learn classroom activities with learning objectives that correspond to the speaking section requirements
