Understanding the specific purpose behind each assessment, being aware of the various assessment tools available, and making an informed choice, are the first steps to a successful use of standardized assessment at any institution. The renowned TOEFL iBT® test primarily evaluates academic English language communication skills for reading, listening, speaking, and writing.

The TOEIC® test stands as one of the world's most widely recognized assessments, designed to gauge English language proficiency (across the same four skills) relevant to the professional sphere and international communication. This webinar will provide insights into the use, structure, scoring, and preparation strategies for both the TOEIC and TOEFL iBT tests. There will be also time for Q&A.

This webinar will be recorded and shared with all registrants.

Thanks to attending this webinar, you will:

  • Understand the different strengths of the TOEFL iBT and TOEIC tests

  • Compare the scoring particularities of both tests

  • Have access to online resources to prepare for both tests
